The following is a comprehensive list of fully funded scholarships for international students in Europe. These scholarships are divided into those available in Europe and those available outside of Europe, but European students, as well as most international students, are eligible to apply.

DAAD Master’s and Ph.D. Scholarships in Germany
The Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD) is a German academic support organisation that focuses on funding international students to study in Europe.
The DAAD Scholarship is currently one of the best scholarships for international students in Europe, and it has been for quite some time.
This organisation provides fully-funded scholarships to pursue a Ph.D. or Masters Degree at one of Germany’s prestigious universities. Before applying, you must have a BSc. degree from a recognised four-year programme, as well as two years or more of work experience after graduation.

Scholarship from the University of Canterbury
International students who want to study in Europe can apply for scholarships at the University of Canterbury. The scholarship is open to all nationalities, with the exception of citizens of New Zealand and Australia, who are ineligible.

The Swedish government is providing a full scholarship to an international undergraduate student pursuing a Master’s degree. This year’s launch, however, is unique in that the government is offering international students 300 scholarships from high-ranking Swedish universities in all fields and majors.

International scholarship for women in – United States
This scholarship application is currently open, so apply now. It is a fully-funded scholarship open to all female students in Europe and around the world, except Iran, and she can apply in any academic field at any university in the United States.
The admission will be done in two batches, with the first batch being chosen on April 20th of each year and the second batch being chosen on June 30th of each year.

Fullbright international student programme in the United States
This is a scholarship programme for international students, and students from all over the world are welcome to apply. If you are an international student interested in pursuing a master’s or Ph.D. degree, you may be eligible to apply for this scholarship grant.
This one is for European and international students who want to study in the United States, not for students who want to study in Europe.
Tuition, living expenses, health insurance, and other expenses are all covered by this grant. It is a fully funded financial aid that will cover the duration of the study. You can enrol in any course or major offered by your preferred university in the United States.

Chevening Scholarships for British Citizens
This is a scholarship grant provided by the UK government to students with leadership potential to pursue a master’s degree programme of their choice. It is a fully funded grant, and scholars may study in any field/major offered by their preferred university.
Postgraduate scholarship at the University of Sussex in England
This fully funded scholarship is still open for students pursuing a master’s or postgraduate degree. Everyone from all over the world is welcome to participate, including its citizens; just be quick on the application as the deadline approaches.
You can study in any major offered by the University of Sussex, and your tuition, living expenses, and health insurance will be covered.

In Switzerland, the Swiss Government offers an Excellence Scholarship.
